Terms & Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless a booking has been confirmed.
- We do not provide self-drive rentals. All vehicles are available with driver only.
- Full-Day Service is valid from 08:00 AM until 10:00 PM (22:00). Any usage beyond 10:00 PM will be subject to an overtime charge.
- For bookings that start before 08:00 AM, the service duration is calculated as 14 hours from the pickup time.
Example: If the service starts at 04:00 AM, the Full-Day service will end at 06:00 PM. Any usage beyond 06:00 PM will incur an overtime charge. - For bookings that start after 08:00 AM, the service is valid until 10:00 PM (22:00). Any usage beyond 10:00 PM will incur an overtime charge.
- Rates are not valid during peak holiday periods, including Christmas, New Year, and Eid al-Fitr holidays.
- Overtime Charge: USD 12 per hour.
